Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist
Job Summary
To support a dynamic entertainment environment, the full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist will manage supplier claims, invoice discrepancies, and account issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Research and resolve supplier claims, invoice discrepancies, and payment questions
- Monitor and address aged receivables, invoice exceptions, and open statement issues
- Execute invoice and account maintenance in ERP systems, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Two or more years of relevant accounts payable or receivable experience required
- Experience with ERP systems such as Coupa or Oracle preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including basic formulas and data analysis
- Must be at least 21 years of age
