Accounts Payable Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative to process various Accounts Payable transactions and manage vendor accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor statements quarterly and maintain accurate records for accruals
• Analyze vendor discrepancies and communicate findings effectively
• Prepare monthly portfolio scrubs and address outstanding issues related to accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in vendor and/or account reconciliation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Familiarity with complete A/P cycle processes is preferred
