Accounts Payable Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting reporting and analytics across multiple payables teams, the full-time remote Accounts Payable Senior Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, analyze spend data, and drive process improvements while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Accounts Payable reporting and dashboards to support operational visibility
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements while providing documentation for audits
• Identify process inefficiencies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent AP experience
• 4-6+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume or shared services environment
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including invoice processing and vendor maintenance
• Experience working in an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
