Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect vendor invoices and accurately enter payment requests into Intacct
• Perform cash management, bank reconciliations, and conduct monthly purchase journal reviews
• Communicate effectively with vendors and complete other assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in long-term care
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and HMOs
• Understanding of state and federal nursing home guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently and in a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged periods of sitting
