Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary) for a short-term remote project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Review and verify invoices, set up payments, and reconcile transactions
• Maintain vendor files, produce reports, and assist with financial reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Acumatica or other ERP software preferred
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
