Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payables Generalist - International Corporate Contract.

Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and prepare files for contractor payments
Respond to vendor and contractor inquiries and organize submitted tickets
Analyze current systems and act as a liaison between operations, accounting, and QA

Required Qualifications

Experience with Bill.Com, Sage Intacct, Tipalti, and Hubspot or similar systems
Basic understanding of Accounts Payable
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Ability to work independently in a decentralized environment
Fluent in English
