Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payables Generalist - International Corporate Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and prepare files for contractor payments
- Respond to vendor and contractor inquiries and organize submitted tickets
- Analyze current systems and act as a liaison between operations, accounting, and QA
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Bill.Com, Sage Intacct, Tipalti, and Hubspot or similar systems
- Basic understanding of Accounts Payable
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently in a decentralized environment
- Fluent in English
