Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage cash flow and support the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Supervisor and support A/P processes in Sage Intacct
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal users regarding Accounts Payable
• Verify corporate credit card expense reports and reconcile financial reports with account balances

Required Qualifications and Education

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Understanding of general accounting principles for Accounts Payable
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidential records
