Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Payable process for multiple companies and currencies
• Oversee credit card processing and expense reimbursements
• Facilitate monthly close procedures related to Accounts Payable

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
• At least three years of experience in accounts payable processing
• Experience with 1099 tax reporting required
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Familiarity with international currency transactions is a plus
