Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
• Monitor aging reports and prepare payments, including checks and electronic transfers
• Reconcile accounts payable and maintain detailed records of invoices and payments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable work experience
• Experience with JAMIS or similar ERP system is preferred
• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
• Ability to process high volume accounts payable
• Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
