Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable activities for Alaska-based operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and credit card transactions while reconciling monthly vendor statements
• Assist with month-end close activities and contribute to the development of improved processes for accounts payable operations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• At least 5+ years of relevant accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint is required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and credit check
• Ability to work from 8am-5pm AK time
