Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Payment Specialist in Finance and Business Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the accounting team to finalize weekly payment release reports
• Supervises the Accounts Payable Vendor Management Associate to ensure accurate banking information
• Facilitates domestic and international payments and troubleshoots payment issues as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with domestic and international payments and currencies
• Proficiency in Excel, Office 365, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Bill.com, and banking platforms
• Preferred experience with international nonprofit organizations
• Ability to handle confidential matters with poise and tact in a fast-paced environment
