Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the import of inbound invoices and resolve any import failures
• Manage electronic invoices and resolve invoice exceptions by validating goods receipt
• Process reconciliations and adjustments related to customer accounts receivable

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred
• 2 or more years of relevant experience required
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience required
• Strong Excel skills preferred
• Experience working within ERP systems preferred
