Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the full cycle of accounts payable activities including coding, data entry, invoice validation, and payment processing
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Full Cycle Accounts Payable
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field
