Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and employee expenses, ensuring accurate coding and timely handling
• Chase approvals and prepare payment runs to meet payment deadlines
• Conduct bank reconciliations and collaborate with GL and controlling teams to maintain accurate financial records

Required Qualifications

• Formal education in finance, business, or accounting, or relevant practical experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, including filters and basic formulas
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
