Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate employee expense reports and process reimbursements accurately
• Perform monthly credit card reconciliations and assist in the month-end close processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless expense management and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, focusing on credit card and employee expense management
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and accounts payable best practices
• Hands-on experience with expense management platforms such as Ramp or Expensify
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
