Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, record, and reconcile invoices and transactions for accuracy
• Analyze invoices and statements to ensure compliance with internal policies
• Resolve complex discrepancies and maintain automated payment systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Direct experience with Oracle Cloud for invoice processing
• Proficient in spreadsheet and database software, especially Excel
• Experience in progressively responsible Accounts Payable positions
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively within teams
