Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, prepare and process invoices and check and reimbursement requests
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and University policy for all payments
• Communicate with vendors and internal customers to resolve inquiries and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with two years of experience in accounting operations or administrative analysis
• Knowledge of fund accounting and regulatory compliance preferred
• Thorough understanding of accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
• Excellent Excel skills
• Team player with a strong desire to learn new skills
