Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage key processes and improve financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end A/P processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex vendor relationships
• Drive month-end close responsibilities and support audit preparations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of accounts payable and accounting experience
• Experience with A/P automation, procurement, or ERP systems
• Understanding of GAAP fundamentals and internal control principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
