Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist, Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team and vendors to resolve setup issues
  • Manage vendor inquiries and support audit documentation efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (ERP, EPM) is a plus
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of accounting practices and principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookups
