Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist II to manage full-cycle accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to the offshore AP team, resolving invoice and payment issues
• Own the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including supplier onboarding and payment execution
• Monitor global AP policies and support compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes, AP controls, and tax/VAT requirements
• Experience with 1099 processing and reporting
• Comfortable using systems and AI-enabled tools for improving workflows
• Experience supporting month-end close and audit requests
