Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist II to manage full-cycle accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison to the offshore AP team, resolving invoice and payment issues
• Manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, including supplier onboarding and invoice processing
• Monitor compliance with global AP policies and support tax compliance and month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes, AP controls, and tax/VAT requirements
• Experience with 1099 processing and reporting
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Experience supporting month-end close and audit requests
