Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who oversees the accounts payables cycles and acts as a business partner within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
• Ensure timely and accurate approval, coding, recording, and payment of vendor bills
• Prepare month-end journal entries and reconcile payables sub-ledgers to the general ledger

Required Qualifications

• 2-year Associate or college degree preferred
• 3+ years of related payables experience
• Proficient in ERP Systems, specifically Dynamics and Concur
• Strong organizational and time management skills
