Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist, temporary to permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Code and process invoices accurately and efficiently using NetSuite and Tipalti
• Handle T&E expenses and Amex reports at the end of each month
• Assist with month-end close activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance/accounting role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Experience with Netsuite and Tipalti preferred
• Detailed understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
