Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume, multi-entity environment, the fully remote Accounts Payable Specialist will manage full-cycle accounts payable processing, assist with month-end close activities, and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable for multiple subsidiaries, including 3-way matching
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner to meet close deadlines
• Partner with Purchasing to ensure proper coding, approvals, and vendor alignment

Required qualifications

• 3 years of accounts payable experience with 3-way matching
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to multinational operations preferred
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Associate degree or higher preferred
