Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the contract Accounts Payable Associate will process a high volume of invoices, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure timely financial transactions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage AP inbox and vendor communications, responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with large ERP systems
