Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

To support day-to-day accounts payable operations in a fully remote contract position, the Accounts Payable Specialist will process high-volume vendor invoices, manage vendor payments, and drive vendor adoption of Ramp's corporate card and spend management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and manage the full invoice-to-payment lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors transitioning to Ramp card payments
• Leverage Ramp experience to recommend best practices and assist with process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Experience managing the full AP process from invoice receipt through payment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Professional communication skills for vendor interactions
• Prior experience using Ramp for vendor onboarding and payment setup is highly preferred
