Job Summary

Detail-oriented and focused on high-volume inventory management, the part-time Accounts Payable Specialist will ensure financial accuracy by processing, verifying, and reconciling parts invoices while managing vendor accounts and tracking core returns remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Match parts invoices against purchase orders for accurate auditing
• Manage credit memos and process documentation for core returns and defective parts
• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements with the AP general ledger

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for data matching and ledger variance analysis
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
