Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

Powering the full accounts payable and corporate card function remotely, the Accounts Payable Specialist will manage the complete AP cycle, handle multi-currency vendor payments, and administer the Ramp corporate card program across all six entities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and multi-currency payment runs
• Administer the Ramp corporate card program, ensuring compliance and monthly reconciliation with NetSuite
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and aged-payables reporting

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Hands-on experience with a tier-one ERP system, such as NetSuite or SAP
• Proficiency in coding transactions accurately across a matrix GL structure
• Understanding of VAT and indirect tax on purchases in the UK and EU
• Experience with spend management software
