Accounts Payable Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP Staff Accountant to manage the full-cycle accounts payable process and support general ledger accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing and vendor payments
• Prepare and post journal entries, and support month-end and year-end close activities
• Assist with annual audits by preparing schedules and documentation, and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with accounts payable and general ledger accounting
• Hands-on experience using NetSuite, Airbase, and/or BILL, and Excel
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
