Accounts Payable Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant in Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain W8 and W9 Forms
• Create and maintain vendor profiles in the accounting system
• Assist in preparing and submitting 1099 Forms

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working in the Accounts Payable field
• Awareness and support for the organization's mission and vision
• Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas
• Commitment to outstanding internal and external service
• Ability to work remotely in the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii
