Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a high-performing AP team, providing training and support
• Serve as the primary resource for process guidance and resolve escalated issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain compliance and improve AP policies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, including Inventory and Non-Inventory AP
• At least 4 years of supervisory experience leading high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or similar systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and EDI workflows
