Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of six AP Clerks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Review and approve invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations in accordance with company policies
• Oversee the AP workflow in Oracle ERP, ensuring system integrity and process optimization

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Experience with month-end close activities and compliance with internal controls
