Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor in the Financial Shared Services Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of activities
• Prepare and post journal entries and conduct monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Support internal and external audit requests and assist with process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant general accounting experience
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
• Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations
• Understanding of SOX controls and internal control environments
