Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing accounting team, the contract Accounts Payable Supervisor will lead day-to-day payable operations remotely, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing while enhancing service quality and team effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Accounts Payable Specialists to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing
• Lead daily accounts payable activities with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and service standards
• Manage vendor onboarding and oversee P-card and corporate card programs, addressing inquiries and compliance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with invoice coding, check runs, and ACH processing
• Working knowledge of purchase order and non-purchase order invoice handling
• Experience with P-card programs and corporate credit card administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and reviewing financial data
