Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily payables activity, the experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage invoice processing and ensure timely vendor disbursements in a fully remote eight-week contract position.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate invoice review, coding, and processing
• Supervise payment activities, including check runs and ACH transactions, to ensure timely vendor payments
• Monitor outstanding payables, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized financial records

Required qualifications:

• Experience implementing Ramp.com for accounts payable processes
• Proven track record in managing invoice review, coding, and payment processing
• Strong understanding of accounts payable practices and internal controls
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Prior supervisory or lead-level experience in accounts payable is preferred
