Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the performance management and daily operations of the Accounts Payable Network team, the full-time remote Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage the accounts payable cycle, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with departmental standards while providing training and support to staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance management of Network AP Specialists and Clerks, including onboarding and training
• Manage the accounts payable cycle from vendor setup through payment, ensuring timely processing and compliance
• Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance accuracy and productivity within the department

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent work experience
• Five to seven years of experience in an Accounting or Accounts Payable role
• Minimum one to three years of experience leading a team
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Vlookups
• Strong understanding of the durable medical equipment industry and compliance with HIPAA regulations
