Accounts Payable Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee a team of accounts payable specialists and optimize the invoice processing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of accounts payable specialists, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing
• Oversee the end-to-end invoice processing function within Oracle Cloud and implement best practices for efficiency
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues related to invoice processing

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume environment required
• High level knowledge of Oracle, specifically Oracle Fusion, preferred
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience preferred
• Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced accounts payable environment preferred
