Accounts Receivable Accountant

Job Summary

Focusing on high-volume payment workflows, the full-time Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage deposit detailing, cash application, and refund processing in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process stakeholder deposits and execute cash application on assigned accounts within defined SLAs
• Own end-to-end refund processing, remittance issuance, and related IDRE Finance workflows
• Document and resolve payment corrections accurately and respond to routine payment inquiries

Required qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or payment processing
• Background in high-volume cash operations such as AR, cash application, or payment processing
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under volume and time pressure
• Experience in healthcare, payment processing, or a CMS-regulated environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent experience considered
