Accounts Receivable Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

An organization is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely application of payments and adjustments to customer accounts
• Perform invoicing on select accounts and create financial reports as needed
• Assist with collections efforts, provide monthly reporting, and attend meetings with the collections team

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable roles
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Demonstrated professionalism, judgment, and integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred
