Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the overall Accounts Receivable and revenue process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve new customer account setups and Salesforce Opportunities
• Create customer invoices in NetSuite and manage Professional Services billing
• Manage cash collections, assist with reconciliations, and address customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Minimum of 1 year of NetSuite billing and collections experience
• Experience with Salesforce, Tesorio, or similar systems is a plus
• Ability to work during East Coast Time Zone
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
