Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Deductions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and analyze customer deductions to determine validity and necessary follow-up actions
• Administer trade deductions and check requests, ensuring compliance with promotional contract requirements
• Generate deduction reports and communicate trends and issues to relevant departments

Required Qualifications

• Two-year accounting degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, focusing on deduction resolution and collections
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing terms and deduction processing in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and proficiency in various software systems (e.g., HighRadius, CAS, JDE)
• Self-motivated with effective customer communication skills
