Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Recovery Analyst to manage data activities related to billing and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze billing reports, including claims submission, denials, and accounts receivable aging
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to track revenue cycle performance metrics
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Strong knowledge of medical billing workflows, claims processing, and reimbursement policies
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, Excel, and revenue cycle reporting tools
• Experience in managing scheduling communication between centralized and site teams
• Understanding of forecasting models and capacity planning
• Ability to report on staff performance and discuss it with stakeholders
