Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze information and communicate with supervisors to determine next steps
• Manage customer collections accounts and streamline processes through automation
• Resolve past due and disputed items while maintaining customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of collections experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Access, along with Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA skills
• Knowledge of collection principles and ability to reconcile credits and debits
• Experience working in a public company or fast-paced, high-volume environment
