Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Recovery Analyst to manage data activities related to billing and revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze billing reports, including claims submission, denials, collections, and AR aging
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to track revenue cycle performance (KPIs)
• Report on staff hours and performance metrics with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of medical billing workflows, claims processing, and reimbursement policies
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, Excel, and revenue cycle reporting tools
• Experience in scheduling communication and performance review management
• Understanding of forecasting models and capacity planning
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations
