Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their corporate services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify orders, invoices, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks
• Reconcile data between multiple systems and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Analyze processes for improvements and provide monthly chargeback statistics to the Accounting Department

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar
• Experience with credit card processors and chargebacks
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in basic accounting principles
• Self-starter with good planning and organizational skills
