Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage billing and collections for the US and Canada regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely billing by verifying documentation and resolving discrepancies
• Maintain AR sub-ledgers and contribute to month-end close activities and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities
• Proven ability to resolve billing issues and streamline receivables processes
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule aligned with PST/PDT business hours
