Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Deduction Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer deductions, ensuring accurate records in the Modus and SAP systems
• Proactively contact customers for unpaid invoices and monitor Days Sales Outstanding
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• 1-3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit/Deduction Management
• Proficiency in SAP and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with Modus trade management tool is a plus
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
