Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst II, Remote - Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies
• Prepare and review invoices for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all billing requirements are met
• Monitor and manage unbilled receivables and provide detailed reports on past due accounts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections functions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of billing transactions and processes
• Experience with systems such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and NetSuite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
