Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Deduction Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer deductions, ensuring accuracy in the Modus and SAP systems
• Proactively collect unpaid invoices and unauthorized deductions to improve cash flow
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• 1-3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit/Deduction Management
• Proficiency in SAP and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with Modus trade management tool is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
