Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable, including daily billing, adjustments, refunds, and related clerical support
• Monitor client accounts for outstanding receivables and ensure accurate posting of daily cash receipts
• Investigate and resolve client billing issues while maintaining good customer service

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in an accounts receivable role
• 3+ years of experience in commercial collections or a related function
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems is a plus
